Questions to ask beforehand:
01

02
What is the current level of knowledge or understanding about the plan?
03
What are the most effective ways to convey such information?
04
What existing communication channels are available for information exchange? For example, the institution’s website, existing Facebook / Instagram / Twitter profiles, or existing contracts with printing houses?
05
Which forms of informing will be more effective for specific target groups? Are there communication types that may not work for the audience? For example, if targeting older adults, are social media appropriate tools, or would printed materials be more suitable?
06
What resources are available – in terms of money, time, and expertise?
